Tom Moore

President & CEO

Formerly President of the North American Division of The Coca-Cola Company for Foodservice and Hospitality, Tom was responsible for all carbonated and non-carbonated beverage manufacturing, marketing and sales. Other past experiences include strategic marketing consulting engagements across multiple consumer segments, Executive Coach and Chief Executive roles in private equity ventures. Tom is an avid fly fisherman and living the dream in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

David Johnston

Chief Financial Officer

David is responsible for the financial and administrative oversite at Arcadia Beverage. With a diverse background in accounting and finance, David has been an integral part of Arcadia’s growth over the last seven years. A native of Georgia, David relocated to Western North Carolina in 2007. In his spare time, he enjoys his many adventures with his sons, Andrew and Conner.

Lisa Richmond

Vice President, Human Resources

Formerly Director of Business Operations for Independent Mail, Lisa provides strategic human resources and business operations leadership to the organization. Her prior experience includes various operations roles with Sun Microsystems and local governments. Lisa is active in her community and serves on the board of Imagine Anderson.

Steve DeCorte

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Steve leads the total sales and marketing efforts for Arcadia Beverage. He has an exceptional 25+ year track record in the CPG Food Industry and Food Service Industry, developing and managing relationships with leading food companies in the United States and globally.  Steve has worked for some of the leading CPG companies including Land O’ Lakes, Unilever, Nabisco, Groupe Danone and Kraft North America.

Dan Nifong

Vice President, Operations

Dan oversees day-to-day operations and strategic planning for Arcadia Beverage. Prior to joining the company, he handled private and public investing activities for Investors Management Corporation and Morehead Capital Management. Born and raised in North Carolina, Dan and his wife enjoy exploring the outdoors with their dogs, Cooper and Leila.

Michael Audet


Michael oversees Arcadia’s accounting operations, including day-to-day accounting transactions, budgeting and financial reporting. He served as a senior assurance associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP before joining Arcadia Beverage. In 2014, Michael and his family relocated from Florida to Western North Carolina, where they enjoy hiking, soccer and eating sushi.

Tim Davis

Director, Production

Tim has been guiding production for Arcadia for six years. He’s responsible for everything from mixing flavors to managing the warehouse. Tim enjoys the small-town living of Asheville with his wife and dog. And he’s a lover of classic cars.

Mike Turner

Director, Logistics

Mike oversees logistics, warehouse operations and supply chain management. Prior to joining the Arcadia Beverage team, Mike owned and operated a successful real estate and construction company for 10 years, and he ran operations for six years for a mid-size development company before that. A family man and occasional thrill seeker, Mike enjoys motorcycles, skydiving and soaking up all the outdoor activities Asheville has to offer.
